At The Beauté, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with our hassle-free return and refund process.
1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns on most products purchased directly from our website within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
2. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team or call us with your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Please securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the RA number inside the package. Ship the return to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Refunds
Refund Eligibility:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Partial Refunds:
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). These cases may include:
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
4. Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
How to Exchange:
After contacting our customer service team, follow the return instructions provided. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship out the replacement product at no additional cost.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility:
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Prepaid Return Label:
In cases where the return is due to our error, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
6. Gifts
Gift Returns:
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you may return the gift for store credit. Once the returned item is received and processed, we will issue a gift certificate to your account.
Gift Refunds:
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
